TWINAIR will charge your credit card upon scheduling your tour. TWINAIR will refund the full amount to the same credit card if you cancel your tour prior to 72 hours. TWINAIR will refund 50% for cancellations notified to us from 72 to 24 hours prior to tour date. If you fail to show up for your tour, you will forfeit refund.
TWINAIR will reschedule your tour with no cancellation fee due to marginal weather condition which will prevents us from flying, or when it is deemed unsafe by our tour pilot. TWINAIR will refund 100% of your purchase if the flight cannot be performed when schedule due to Twinair reasons (aircraft or crew not available).
All cancellations must be received in written form via mail to pg@twinair.net or fax 1-818-988-7578. No Refunds or Exchanges – All Sales are FINAL.
TWINAIR reserves the right to upgrade, alter of terminate any or all of our sightseeing tours due to security, temporary flight restriction, weather and/or Acts of God. Airport fees, fuel surcharge and landing fees will be added to the base price of the tours. Gratuity not included in pricing.
Up to $20 in Fuel Surcharge and Airport Fees may be incurred.
